SteelSeries recently introduced the limited-edition Ghost collection, including two of its most popular peripherals: the Aerox 3 mouse and the Apex 7 TKL keyboard. The difference between the standard and the Ghost peripherals lies in the design, as the latter features a white matte colour and pudding design that enhances the RGB lighting with an extra glow effect.
The Apex 7 TKL Ghost has what made the original model great, but with the added Ghost collection treatment. This treatment can be seen on the double shot PBT pudding keycaps and the silver aluminium alloy frame. Unlike the original, the Ghost model may only come with SteelSeries red linear switches rated for 50M clicks, but it still has the same integrated OLED screen that displays Discord or game stats and RGB lighting with 16.8M colours. Available layouts include the US, UK and NOR.
Similar to the Apex 7 TKL Ghost, the Aerox 3 also received a Ghost model while retaining the specifications of the original model. This includes the lightweight 68g honeycomb design, the TrueMove Air sensor and 100% Virgin Grade PTFE glide skates. Moreover, it features Bluetooth 5.0 and 2.4GHz wireless connectivity, IP54 rating and 200 hours of battery life. A USB-C cable to fast-charge the mouse is also bundled in.
The Apex 7 TKL Ghost is available for $149.99/€179.99 and the Aerox 3 Wireless Ghost is available for $99.99/€109.99.
